Ayurveda gives us a detailed analysis on balance of the three elemental substances, i.e DOSHAS which mean health, while imbalance means disease. There are three DOSHAS: Vata, Pitta and Kaphat . Through the early studies of these doshas , it was found that they contribute towards a person’s temperament and characteristics. Every human being comprises of these three doshas, and hence the equilibrium is maintained by modulation in their behavior and environment. Through this way the rise or fall of the doshas are examined. henceforth the disequilibrium in doshas leads towards ill health.
